UNCOMPROMISING QUALITY
Once your design is finished, IBD constructs the strongest frame in the industry using custom made corrosion resistant components and techniques.  Every joint has a minimum of four weld joints to insure a lifetime of solid enjoyment.  After framing, your components are covered with cement board ready for finishing.  Each piece is attached with both outdoor adhesive and ceramic coated screws.  All edges are then ground smooth and adhesive sealed as well.  While many consider this attention to detail redundant and unnecessary, IBD sees it as part of their commitment to excellence.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Each and every step of the manufacture of your components is photographed and filed for reference. The finished product gets a final 28 point quality control inspection.  A manual is then written especially for your job and packaged with the unit.  The components are securely packed on a pallet sized for the units, banded and enclosed in clear shrink wrap.  Finally, photos are taken of the packaged unit and attached to the outside of the pallet.  This unmatched attention to detail insures the product arrives to the jobsite in pristine, ready to install condition.
